What we don't like: 

  • You do not get usage of the payroll outside of Texas, New York and California 

Zoho Books is excellent for small businesses. It is easy to use, and you get access to a wide range of functionality. Such include tracking sales and purchases, project and time tracking, and managing inventory. The payroll integration limits its use to New York, Texas and California.  

The price is quite friendly at $9 per month per user + accountant. But, it has a limit of only 50 contacts. The highest package is $29 per month without a limit on the number of contacts.
