    be a better choice for larger enterprises or those with specific
    industry requirements. Cost can be a major factor, and Tall Emu might have a more attractive price point for the specific customer.

  • See if you can learn why the customer chose Tall Emu. Was it a specific feature, pricing, or ease of use?
  • Focus on the strengths of your CRM. What makes you unique and valuable compared to competitors?
