    Hello Anurag,

    You cannot delete users from Salesforce. You can remove their license or deactivate them to remove access to the system,

    steps to deactivate a user:

    • From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users.
    • Click Edit next to a user’s name.
    • Deselect the Active checkbox and then click Save.

    Hi Anurag,

    Deactivate (Delete) Users. You can't delete a user, but you can deactivate an account so a user can no longer log in to Salesforce.

    Follow these steps:

    1. From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users.
    2. Click Edit next to a user’s name.
    3. Deselect the Active checkbox and then click Save.
