Hello Anurag,
You cannot delete users from Salesforce. You can remove their license or deactivate them to remove access to the system,
steps to deactivate a user:
- From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users.
- Click Edit next to a user’s name.
- Deselect the Active checkbox and then click Save.

Deactivate (Delete) Users. You can't delete a user, but you can deactivate an account so a user can no longer log in to Salesforce.
Follow these steps:
- From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users.
- Click Edit next to a user’s name.
- Deselect the Active checkbox and then click Save.
