Can I filter records while creating a report in Salesforce?
Can I filter records while creating a report? Suppose I have 1,00,000 contacts and have to show only 50 contacts in my report. How should I implement?

You can filter out your records in report. Please see the below screenshot, it will help you.
So you can use your filters in report as per your requirement.
