Salesforce Einstein Introduction
The Einstein API allows you to go into the power of AI and train deep learning models to recognize and classify images and sentiments of text. You can use pre-trained classifiers or train your own custom classifiers according to our requirement.
For example, A government office asks users to upload the document like passport, unique id card to verify the user. Now it will detect that which documents have been uploaded.
Another example is checking sentiment of feedback and response to the client on priority.
Salesforce Einstein has two versions of these APIs.Here are they 1. Salesforce Einstein v1 comes with Image classification APIs 2. Salesforce Einstein v2 comes with Natural Language Processing (Get the sentiment of the sentence and Intent processing) + V1
