Sharing Rules for Community Portal in Salesforce.
Hi All,
I have crossed a bridge with community portal implementation. That was successfully done. But I couldn't get the sharing rules (Criteria-based sharing rules) firing for the community portal users.
For example, Let's say I entered to the portal as a portal user(Not System Admin) and created a contact record which is the part of sharing rules criteria, then the created record is not shared with the group which I chosen in the rule. Any workaround or solution to this to get resolved.
Please help me to achieve the same!
Thanks
Rakshana
