  • Email not received by an account team in salesforce

    I have a custom object Project__c which is a child of contacts and there is a field of picklist type Status on this object. while making the workflow rule for sending an email to an account manager such that Status equals Completed , I am not receiving an email. Please explain me the reason for not getting an email to an account team or if there is a another approach please explain me .
