Granting Log-in Access Into Your Salesforce Org With Limited Access To Salesforce AppExchange App Provider

Hi folks,

Today we will learn, how to give grant access to Salesforce AppExchange App provider? There are many people who don't know how to do this. So this blog is for those Salesforce users who want to learn how to give grant access to login into your Salesforce org with limited access to Salesforce AppExchange app provider. Below are the steps to follow.

Step 1:-

Note:- If you are a Salesforce Lightning view user then use below screen

Note:- If you are a classic view user then use below screen

Step 2:-

After click on the My setting or Setting link, you will see the below page.

If you are a lightning view user then please use the below steps.

Go to My personal info => Go to Grant Account Login Access

If you are a Classic view user then please use the below screen.

Go to My setting => Go to Personal => Go to Grant Account Login Access

You will see a list of the installed package provider names including Salesforce support.

If you are a lightning view user then you will see below page. Where when you will hover on information icons you can see the package name in the popup as below.

If you are a classic view user then you will see below page. Where when you will hover on information icons you can see the package name in the popup as below.

Now on whatever application you want to give grant access, you will have to go to access duration column.

Step 3:-

Select Access duration dropdown => Select duration(Which you want to give) => Click on Save button

If you are in the lightning view, you will see the below screen.

If you are in the classic view, you will see the below screen.

These are very simple steps to follow and you can give grant access of your Salesforce org with limited access to Salesforce appexchange app provider.
