Service Console comes with Service-specific setup flows that help you get up and running quickly. These flows walk you through setting up Email-to-Case, integrating with Twitter and Facebook, enabling Lightning Knowledge, and creating a Lightning Community.

User Permissions Needed To set up a Lightning Service Console:
Customize Application AND Service Cloud User
Lightning Service Setup features an intuitive setup tree and a performance metrics dashboard. If you want a guided step-by-step experience, use the Recommended Setup or the setup flows.Use the following steps to access the Service Setup home page.
From the App Launcher, open the Service Console app.
In the header, click and then select Service Setup.Thanks
