    Hi Anjali,

    The user must have “View All Data” permission is required to set the running users.

    You must enable “view all data” to specific in User this permission Is Required To Set The Running User Other Than You In Dashboard

    And

    Access to reports and dashboards is controlled through settings for the folder they are stored in.
    To give others access to your reports or dashboards, place them in a shared folder.
    To prevent others from accessing your reports, place them in personal folders that only you can access.

    So make sure that they are not in shared folders.
