Hello Mohit,
On visualforce page we can check conditions by:
{!IF(condition,InTrueCondition,IfConditionIsFalse)}
For example :
First you have to make a controller to pass this list
<apex:pageBlockTable ... rendered="{!IF(listInstance.size>0,'true','false')">
