Hi,
I want to setup SLAs for cases in my org for that I needed to setup business hours based on customers working time actually my customers will work in 8PM to 8AM shifts, now I want to configure business hours based on their shift timings on each day I tried to configure 8PM to 8AM but stuck up with the error "start time must be earlier than end time". Please advice if you have any idea.
