We can use trigger to achieve the scenario.

If <strong id="ext-gen20" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">you do not have a master detail, then you will need to use a trigger to perform the rollup for you.
<div id="ext-gen19"><strong id="ext-gen20">And apex triggers will only work when you update the records. So in my opinion, you cannot get the rolled up values without updating the records atleast once.</div>
