    Hi Kiran,

    Data Skew Occur when more than 10,000 child object records are associated  to a single parent object .

    There are Three types of  Data Skew.

    1.  Account Skew

    2.   Record Locking

    3.  Sharing Issues

    Basically the situation of data skew arises when we have an org on which we assign a large number of leads or contacts or any other type of data to a single account, indicating that must be checked or validated.

    Data skew is a condition which we encounter when there are over 10,000 records. When one single user owns that many records we call that condition 'ownership data skew'. When such users perform updates, performance issues will be encountered because of “data skew
