UAT Lightning Installation of Task Manager App
File has downloaded and appears to have installed (when trying to reinstall Salesforce confirms it already exists) however there is no sign of it in the list of installed apps. Lightning installation. What other information do you require?

Hi Stuart, could you please go to "Setup -> Installed Packages" and check if you see "TASKMANAGER" or "Task Manager" in the list of Installed Packages? After uninstalling, it takes a while before you can reinstall the package. So if you don't see the "Task Manager" package there, try again now and let us know if it worked.
