PHI compliance/encryption in Salesforce emails

I have set-up Email to Case in SF and able to send/receive emails and create cases. Emails are being sent from SF. No integration to any email systems. We now have to check if the emails sent through SF are or can be made PHI compliant/encryption. Do we have out of box solutions or get some app for it ? There will be attachments in the emails. Any guidance is appreciated.
