To generate the WSDL file form Salesforce Organization :
- Log in to your Salesforce Account. You must log in as an administrator or as a user who has the “Modify All Data” Permission.
- Go to Setup — > Develop –> API , Click to API.
- Download the Enterprise WSDL.

Navigate to Apex Classes and from there you will be able to generate WSDL file for any class.
