An outbound Changeset was created previously. After that, a class is modified of the old changeset. Can you reuse same Changeset to deployed changed component in Salesforce?

Once changeset is created it cannot be modified. After creation of changset, if we modify any component it will not reflected and we need to clone the changeset to reflect changes
