Steps to enable Chatter and Social Media in Salesforce
Here we will learn how to enable social media and chatter in Salesforce. Let's start from a contact tab and see how it looks without enabling social media and chatter.
Steps How to Enable Chatter
Step1: From Setup go to Customize and then Click on Chatter Settings.
Step2: Click on Edit button.
Step3: Click on checkbox to Enable Chatter, and the customize the setting according to your requirement.
Step4: Click on Save button. Now your Chatter is ready to use its feature.
Steps How to Enable Social Media
Step1: From Setup go to Customize and then Click on Social Media then Social Accounts, Contacts, Leads.
Step2: Then Select checkbox of Social Accounts, Contacts, Leads and then customize the setting according to your requirement.
Step3: Click on Save button. Now your Social Media is ready to use its feature.
