Data Integration can allow adding derived fields to a dataset and hence adding additional information that can be computed from existing data. The replication helps building multiple Dataflows to create datasets independently.

Derived fields lets you add more information to a dataset than what is extracted from a data source. You can now use derived fields to add more context to the data, create the groupings, and hence perform calculations in advance.
