Increase no. of lines displayed in Description field of People tab(Edit Mode)

I am trying to add data into Description field of the People tab(in edit mode) but entering/editing data in that field is a bit annoying as I can’t see more than 2 lines at ones.
Is there any way so that I can get some more lines viewed while filling data in edit mode of People tab?

Hii Naman,

Do you want the description field to display more lines for the standard edit page or for the custom vf page?
