I am Mark Christie, Founder and Principal Consultant of The Salesforce Trainers, based in Toronto and serving clients across North America. I help B2B sales teams get full value from Salesforce by aligning Process, Platform, and People through our P3 Framework. My work covers sales process consulting, Salesforce optimization, Salesforce training, sales manager development, and change management, along with our ProSell program. I have worked with organizations in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, technology, financial services, and other industries. I am a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, a Salesforce Certified Administrator, and a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, and I hold an MBA. Our business has operated under current ownership since 2006, with roots in Ottawa dating to the early 1990s.
