Hi Laveena,
Fields that are automatically indexed in Salesforce are:
1.RecordTypeId
2.CreatedDate
3.Systemmodstamp (LastModifiedDate)
4.Name
5.Email (for contacts and leads)
6.Foreign key relationships (lookups and master-detail)
7.The unique Salesforce record ID, which is the primary key for each object.
