    Admins can create an unlimited number of Enterprise Teams with up to 500 users per team. Heroku Enterprise Accounts is a management layer across all of a company's Enterprise Teams that provides executives and admins a higher level of visibility and control via SSO policies, audit trails, daily usage reports, and more.
