This error has sowing when i am try to convert lead into opportinuty
Your lead is missing a field mapping for the Account.Country__c, Account.Amount__c, Account.NewPick_

Hi,
Its because when you convert a lead to its account, contact, and opportunity the system checks for the mandatory fields (order of execution ), so by default it'll throw an error as a standard process.

I think it is a mandatory field, so you need to fill that field after that the lead into an opportunity.
