    1. From Setup, enter Queues in the Quick Find box, then select Queues.
    2. Click New.
    3. Type a Label and Name for the queue, such as Platinum Support .
    4. If you want the support agents included in the queue to receive an email when a new case arrives, leave Queue Email blank.
    5. Add Case to Selected Objects.
