How can we customize the standard Clone button on a Salesforce Opportunity ?
I have a requirement to customize the standard Clone button. When user click on this clone button it will only create a replica of that particular record contains only the required fields value other will empty.

Hi
You can achieve this by over-riding the "Clone" button with a VisualForce Page. And populates the Opportunity fields as per your requirement.
OR
You can create your own custom button and pass your field values for pre-population of Opportunity record.

You can't customize the standard button in Salesforce, you may achieve this through custom logic.

Through standard functionality in Salesforce you can't customize clone button but we can achieve this by overwriting the existing clone button.
