Yes, we can convert Look-Up relationship to Master-Details Relationship. Conversion can be done only if all the fields have valid look-Up fields values only.’

Hello,
You need to create the lookup, then populate each one so that each child record has a parent record. This is because a master-detail relationship does not allow for 'orphaned' child records. Once you have a lookup with each child having a parent, then you can go back and convert the lookup field to a master-detail.

For conversion you need to create first lookup then each child record populate
as a parent record after that with each child having parent and then go back convert the lookup in to master-detail.
