Ok I turned off the 'Crumble' Extension for Chrome and the New Field frame shows now in Chrome. I will see if I can whitelist or allow in Crumble.

OK I tried the original instructions from the TH module in Edge, and it worked, so I'm wondering what is the difference between Chrome and Edge, or what setting is different in Chrome?

Hi Shariq, I tried following your instructions but was unable to see a blue arrow on the right side of the screen. I'm going to try in Edge now.

Hi Sagar, here's a screenshot of just after I clicked on 'New' - to add a new field. It's just blank. This is in Chrome. I will try in Edge.
