    Hello,

    We use marketing cloud because of following advantages:-

    1. Flexible subscription model
    2. Email, mobile, and web marketing
    3. Social media marketing
    4. Scalable advertising
    5. Business-to-business (B2B) marketing automation

    Hi,

    There are limitation in workflow, process builder and apex which is less  in marketing cloud.

    Hope this helps.
