    One account record have one contact record,so when i'm creating the second record for same account it will show
    error message "you can't create more than one record for same account record".How to write trigger code.

    WHY DO YOU WANT TO USE TRIGGER IF YOU CAN ACHIEVE THIS USING A WORKFLOW FIELD UPDATE ON A TEXT FIELD.

    Any specific reason.

    Workflow is used for field update,but here i'm creating  new record.

    So you wanted to have 1-to-1 relationship between Account & Contact.?

    Just think a bit more, it can be achieved using wf field update.
