    1. Login to your Salesforce account.
    2. Select Task Page Layouts under Activities.
    3. Drag the Call Recording field on your Task Layout.
    4. Click Save.

    1. Login to Salesforce and if you are in Salesforce Lightning Experience view, Switch to Salesforce Classic.
    2. Click Setup, and then type "layout" on Quick Find/Search.
    3. Click Task Page Layouts (Path: Build > Customize > Activities > Task Page Layouts).
    4. Drag the Call Recording field on your Task Layout.
    5. Click save.

    Hey Guys, we have done this but the links are only populating for Admins and not our users. Can you help us here?
