    Hi Saagar,

    You need to first check whether quotes setting is enabled in your Salesforce Org.

    To check Quotes setting, please follow following steps:

    1. From Setup, enter Quote in the Quick Find box, then select Quote Settings (Lightning Experience) or Quotes Settings (Salesforce Classic).
    2. If Quotes are not enabled then, select the option for enabling quotes.
    3. To display the Quotes related list on the standard opportunity page layout, select all the Opportunity Layout displayed.
    4. To add the Quotes related list to all opportunity page layouts that users have customized, select Append to users' personal related list customization.
    5. Save your changes.

    If Quotes is enabled already then, please following steps:

    1. Goto Setup | Customize | Opportunities | Page layout |and then Click Edit on Opportunity Page layout
    2. Then click on Related List (in leftmost corner)
    3. Click on Quote and then drag it on page layout and then save your Page layout

    Also, make sure you have you have "Read" and "Create" access to Quote object
    Verify this by doing following steps.
    Setup | Personal Setup | My Personal Settings | Click on Personal Information and then Click on your Profile.

    Hello Saagar,

    First you enable quote by following below steps

    Login to Org
    Go to Setup
    Write “Quote Setting” in quick find box
    click on “Quote Settings”
    Check “Enable Quotes”
    Click Save

    Then you can make the quote (related list) available on page layout of opportunity object.

    Please follow the steps

    ]Go to Setup--->Write “Quote Setting” in quick find box--->click on “Quote Settings”---->Check “Enable Quotes”--->Click Save

    Hi,

    Steps to achieve this –

    Click on Setup
    Write “Quote Setting” in quick find/search box
    click on “Quote Settings” link
    Check “Enable Quotes” checkbox
    Click Save

    Then make it available on the page layout of opportunity
