Can we deactivate a flow through workbench in Salesforce?

I want to deactivate a flow through workbench, if possible. Please give the example.

Hi

Its possible to do by using metadata components and then download those components in a .zip file.
Read about Metadata for more information.

Modify the flowDefinition file (contained in the .zip file you downloaded) by specifying a value of 0 in activeversionNumber.
