But i want that only one person can create accounts, other can do update but not create new. so removing create permission from profile is time taking process. can i handle it through trigger or validation?

I have one user in a queue. when user is online then  the cases assign to that user automatically but when that user was offline that time cases could not assign to that user so please guide me how to resolve this problem. I want that all cases must be assign to users not in queue.

when I close a case then 32 queries run in whole process to close a single case.

Now i want to run a schedule in which i am fetching a list of cases which will be  always more than 50-60 per day by this  i am getting error “Too many soql queries:101” (because in 3 case soql quesries will be 3*32=96 near about to 100 ) .
