  • Hello Shradha,

Hard Bounce – A hard bounce is an e-mail message that is returned to the sender because the recipient’s address is invalid or the domain doesn’t exist.

Soft Bounce – A soft bounce is an e-mail message that gets as far as the recipient’s mail server but is bounced back undelivered before it gets to the intended recipient. It tries to send it back again and again after every 15 minutes for 72 hours till the email is delivered properly.

    Hello Madhulika,

AMPscript is a scripting language that we can implant within HTML emails, text emails, landing pages, SMS messages etc. AMPscript can also interact with your data extensions. Use AMPscript to include information from our data extensions in our messages and to update data extensions with information from our landing pages. The Marketing Cloud application handles all AMPscript calls at the end of the email send.

    Hello Madhulika,
In Before Triggers, actions are being performed before you commit the record to the database. This is where you usually do validations or updates to the same object. You can skip the DML operations here as whatever values you give in your code is automatically assigned to that record.

  • Hello Chanchal,

Yes, you can integrate lightning components with other third party framework.  lightning:container allows you to do so. The application should have a launch page. By default the launch page is index.html but you can add another launch page by adding a manifest file to your resource. Also , The application should have a launch page specified with the lightning:container src attribute.

Macros automatically complete the task which are repetitive on the cases , such as updating the case status. By doing so the agent can spend time on more important things.
