We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce development and architecture, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and reports.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Perform unit testing and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing applications and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to development best practices.
• Deploy changes across sandboxes and production using CI/CD tools or Change Sets.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura/LWC).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules).
• Familiarity with data migration tools like Data Loader, Workbench, etc.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
