Job Description


  • Overall Industry Experience of 5 to 8 years
  • Over 5 years of Strong Coding Experience in Aura and LWC
  • Over 3 years of design and code review experience
  • Salesforce certification in these areas - Application Architect or PD1/PD2/JS-1/Advanced Admin
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should be B.E/B.Tech/MCA
  • Must be a Team Player
  • Should have leadership quality to manage a team

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create product design on platform using Classic Salesforce and Salesforce Lightning.
  • Hands-On knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Framework.
  • Capability to evaluate standard salesforce feature.
  • Build/Enable complex customizations of the CRM application and Deployment in Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Build the code according to the Technical Specifications, Detailed Design, Maintainability, and Coding and Efficiency standards.
  • Set and enforce design standards, development standards, and operational standards to be followed by the technical team
  • Interface with client/Business Analyst to understand functional and technical requirements.
  • Align with SF architect for overall Enterprise design
  • Must have Good Knowledge of Apex Triggers, Batch Classes and Schedulers, LWC, AURA, Lightning Migration
  • Integration using REST and SOAP.
  • Good working functional and technical knowledge of at least 1 Salesforce product e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
  • Understanding of deployment processes and tools about Salesforce like SFDX, Git, AutoRabit
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript.
  • Assign Tasks to team members and ensure team delivery by mentoring and coaching people in team.
  • Must have worked in the salesforce managed packages, patch org and beta packages. Must know the low-level details around package namespace.
