How to enable the call recording of ringCentral in Salesforce?

- Login to your Salesforce account.
- Select Task Page Layouts under Activities.
- Drag the Call Recording field on your Task Layout.
- Click Save.

1. Login to Salesforce and if you are in Salesforce Lightning Experience view, Switch to Salesforce Classic.
2. Click Setup, and then type "layout" on Quick Find/Search.
3. Click Task Page Layouts (Path: Build > Customize > Activities > Task Page Layouts).
4. Drag the Call Recording field on your Task Layout.
5. Click save. -
Hey Guys, we have done this but the links are only populating for Admins and not our users. Can you help us here?
