    Hi Manish,

    No, It is not possible to pass a sObject as parameter  future method in Salesforce.

    No, The  object can change between the time you call the method and the time it actually executes.Because future methods are executed when system resources become available.

    No, there is no direct way to pass sObjects in future method as parameter.
