    Hi Laveena,

The Setup Audit Trial is on the Organization level, Field History Tracking is on the Object level. The setup audit trail history helps you track the recent setup changes that you and other administrators have made to your organization. This can be especially useful in organizations with multiple administrators.

    Thanks.

    Hi Laveena,

Audit Trail allows security admin users to view Marketing Cloud access and activity records. View Audit Trail records either through Marketing Cloud Automation Studio data extracts or through REST API extracts.

Audit Trail applies to all messaging and journeys to customers.

    Thanks

The setup Audit Trail history shows you the 20 most recent Setup changes made to your organization. It lists:

The date and time (with timezone) of the change.
    Who made it (by username).
    What the change was.
