Need help finding Salesforce Apps for building a pipeline workflow.

Seeking suggestions for Salesforce Apps that can:

• allow custom process workflow (e.g., 20-step process for each Opportunity/Deal)
• automatically send emails to task owners if critical date is missed
• ability to view all Opportunities in a pipeline report
