Hi Sushant,
you can use more than one controller on vf page using 'extensions' like:
<apex:page standardController="Account" extensions="yourCustomController1,yourCustomController2">
Apex Controller 1:
public class yourCustomController1 {
}
Apex Controller 2:
public class yourCustomController2 {
