With her bot requirements met, Maria is ready to find and enable Einstein Bots. This is how she does it.

  1. From Setup, enter Einstein Bots in the Quick Find box and select Einstein Bots.
  2. In the Settings area:
    1. Click the toggle next to Einstein Bots.
    2. Click New and select Start from Scratch to follow the setup wizard steps. Your bot will need a name and an assigned language, but you can skip the other setup steps for now. After the wizard is completed, you are taken to the Einstein Bot Builder.
  3. Add a chat channel. In the Builder Menu, click Overview.
    1. Click Add to add a new channel.
    2. Select Chat as the channel and include your Chat deployment.

  4. Click Save.
