Hi @Manpreet, I created a drop down custom field in DocuSign which I need to map to the state picklist value in salesforce. Previously if we give wrong value in the state field such as NSW instead of New south Wales, we would get an integrity exception error and none of the values would be written back into SF from DS. But with your solution I am able to update the data back into sf, the only issue there is that I am not getting the state field.there is no exception and apart from state, all the values are getting mapped into sf,  how can we get the state value back in to SF from DS. Please advise. Thank you.
