Task Manager by Algoworks
Task Manager is a Force.com® native application. Now you will never miss your tasks. There will be no such thing as ‘lost in procrastination/missed’. Managers can see the deadline tasks of all teammates, from a central location!
- All tasks whose deadline have already passed are marked red.
- Tasks with due date approaching soon are marked yellow.
- Tasks whose deadline falls after a day are marked green.
Task Manager App gives Salesforce® users and their managers a way manage tasks - to see and prioritize all open Tasks of the selected user in a single tab. Task Management has never been so simple, you can easily browse through your important upcoming tasks and take action on the same. There are three color codes for each task for better visualisation of task urgency.

In one shot, you can view a table. You are powered with following three simple menus:
- Users having “Salesforce” User License are listed in a drop-down list, you can select your own self (default selection), “All” or other user to view the tasks! Managers are going to love this!
- “Activities without Due Date” – this will list all the tasks for which the due date field was missed or forgotten to be filled. Tracking however is not going to be missed with Task Manager!
- Search Filter: You can search through anything at all which works on all the displayed columns without page reload/refresh.
