    Enable notifications to a distribution list with workflow
    Go to Setup in Classic (or click the gear icon then Setup in Lightning).
    Enter Workflow into the ‘Quick Find’ search box, then click Workflow Rules.
    Click New Rule.
    Select Lead, then click Next.
    Enter the Rule Name.
    Set the ‘evaluation criteria’ to created.
