We can delete the Scheduled batch Class in Salesforce By using the following code:
string SCHEDULE_NAME = 'test';
System.schedule(SCHEDULE_NAME, '0 15 0-23 * * ?', new ScheduledMaintenance());
System.abortJob(SCHEDULE_NAME);
