I guess you want to ask whether it is possible to create trigger on list views in salesforce. No, It is not possible to create triggers on list views in salesforce.

Apex triggers enable you to perform custom actions before or after events to records in Salesforce, such as insertions, updates, or deletions in database. Therefore, it is not possible to create trigger on views in salesforce.

I think you can perform actions according to you on before and after events or task but you can not create trigger on views in Salesforce.

You can create triggers on sobjects but not on list views of sobject.
